I am am a 6’ 3” male.
I am am a 6’ 3” male.. the bike is too small. My knees hit the handle bars @ max height, and the seat is too low for a normal adjusted height for full power pedaling

Battery order
The replacement battery I wanted to order wasn't available initially. About 2 weeks later I was able to order the battery and it arrived in about 4 days.

Good bike, but Difficulty with assembly
I ordered the folding ox bike. Love the price and materials seem to be good quality. Unfortunately, the fork was bent when putting it together. Rather than deal with the shipping costs of a return I paid to have a bike shop to bend the fork and fully assemble it. Other than this extra cost, hassle, and disappointment, I anticipate this will be a great bike for our family.

My bike has a problem when you peddle…
My bike has a problem when you peddle it the chain has a tendency to pop off and get stuck between the sprocket and the motor
