The battery bangs around inside the casing. The battery weighs more than half less than the original battery. It only keeps a charge for 5 miles or less. I Am Not satisfied with this battery.

SUPER expensive throttle replacement ($80) because it has a proprietary connector. Order process was annoying as you have to send pictures AFTER they have your money which they don't bother to mention. To add insult the shipping for a TINY box (maybe 6-$10 postage) they charged a $20 shipping fee. I have dealings with a lot of these vendors and this was very bad relatively. Also, the design of the box holding the controller and the quality of the cadence sensor are bottom of the barrel.

Never received my product

I received my order very quickly. The battery was very well packaged to avoid damage.

Checked with me that I had correct battery for the bike. Before shipping it out. Then I received it pretty quickly after that.

I ordered the bike from Walmart brand new and when I received it . It was scratched up. Did not come with a charger or Manuel. I buy a new charger and the bike still doesn't work. How an this be rectified?
