The customer service is on point
The customer service is on point. My initial order was missing a part. I took a picture, sent an email and received a response within the hour. They immediately sent the correct item with all the parts. I'm super happy with my bike and even happier that they care about their customers. Way to go!!!

It's been two weeks and i still have…
It's been two weeks and i still have not received my whole order the bottom bracket i ordered is still in California and has not moved.i use my bike for every day transportation and it sucks having to walk 3hours to work and 3 hours home

Some purchased the F2 ebike from the company called purchase power I'm a veteran and I work at the VA mind problem with that company and your company hasn't been great one thing I had to get a new bike and had to send the first one back I got the second bike I've had it less than a year and I've had problems with the bike for one thing the display monitor is gone it doesn't work anymore I had to buy a new battery $199 even though my bike is still under the years warranty you guys make it so difficult for a person in my age who doesn't understand a lot about operating emails and online and all that stuff you make it so difficult to get anything done I am so unhappy with this bike I'm still paying for it and it's sitting in my living room collecting dust I'm almost ready to stop my payment on this particular item it'll be so much easier if I could talk to a human being about my problem with the bike instead of always having to email somebody and wait for them to answer me I would never buy this I don't know why this particular bag again or shop with your company because it's too hard to get anything done when you have a problem

I am enamored!
I am enamored with this bicycle. It has totally revolutionized my life! I have been a fan of your company for over five years. Check your records, and I finally made the leap to purchase an ebike from Nakto, after having done extensive research on the subject. My only regret is I wish I had done this sooner. I moved from Michigan to Florida, which the weather was a hinderance for me in the North but now I see it would still have been cool. I am very glad I made this decision, I was riding a regular bike to work struggling along, huffing and puffing up hills, (I am laughing now but it was not funny then) LOL Now I just throttle right up that hill and I have gone places I would not have gone already without my bike. I am quite pleased with the power, style and efficiency it has delivered. Keep up the good work.

I purchased a replacement controller and theybsent the wrong one, nowni have to pay to make it right. At least 40.00 because of their mistake. Booo
