Super fast shipping, good prices. I had a problem with the shipping address because I live in a rural area and they were outstanding in helping me to get it taken care of. Not the usual email and wait for something to happen, responded immediately and got it taken care of. I have ordered again already from this company and will continue to do so. The website is great, you can purchase nail service products at a discounted price compared to beauty supply stores. They have a pretty big inventory, and I like that you can buy individual nail tip sizes and entire kits for acrylic/gel systems, along with everything else. The shipping is a bit expensive, and they charge a residential shipping fee if you aren't shipping to a business. Return policy states you must prove you are a licensed technician if you want to return an item, which seems like a bit of a hassle. They have a decent rewards program, but I've had issues with not receiving my points. I've contacted customer support twice about this and got the same person both times, who wasn't very helpful or personable. You also must wait 30 days from receiving points to spend them, but they expire after 90 days, so you have a very short window to use the points before you lose them. Other than that, if you know what you want this is a good supplier to purchase from. If you are wanting to just try different things, I wouldn't recommend due to the return policy.

This is my second purchase of a fair Amount and tho I waited for delivery and had to contact them as it was over the Easter break causing delays, they responded quickly and products are fab, Many thanks

I have a problem with the topcoat brush getting hard before I can finish a set of nails. I tried to contact their customer service. But they are very rude and continued to interrupt. They didn't let me finish a sentence. Really bad!
