The website is great, you can purchase nail service products at a discounted price compared to beauty supply stores. They have a pretty big inventory, and I like that you can buy individual nail tip sizes and entire kits for acrylic/gel systems, along with everything else. The shipping is a bit expensive, and they charge a residential shipping fee if you aren't shipping to a business. Return policy states you must prove you are a licensed technician if you want to return an item, which seems like a bit of a hassle. They have a decent rewards program, but I've had issues with not receiving my points. I've contacted customer support twice about this and got the same person both times, who wasn't very helpful or personable. You also must wait 30 days from receiving points to spend them, but they expire after 90 days, so you have a very short window to use the points before you lose them. Other than that, if you know what you want this is a good supplier to purchase from. If you are wanting to just try different things, I wouldn't recommend due to the return policy.
