Regarding to your technical issue of Artisan EZ Dipper brushes being harden, it can be resolved by thoroughly cleaning the brush in brush cleaner solution first, then wiping it off on a napkin before dipping the brush back to the resin bottle. The reason is as soon as your brush touches the remaining activator on surface of the nails, it will be harden and more difficult to remove any residues later on. In the meantime, please feel free to let us know if you still experience any technical issue with our products as we have emailed you proper details about how to use them.
