Hi there, thanks for your feedback. I show your account was 90+ days past due in payment and we sent you several emails to help get your account current. I don't show you submitted any questions or requests for help regarding your plan via our live online chat, voicemails, emails, our Weekly Q&A sessions, or our interactive Plan Owner Community. It does look like you used a different email address for your anonymous review than what we have on file for your Solo 401k plan. Canceled a meeting request to answer questions and instead tried to refer me to join an online community. Delayed my moving my money to them. Sorry I ever signed up with them.

Thanks for your feedback, Rebecca. We cannot give personalized tax, legal, or investment advice. Sometimes people try to use us as a free CPA or attorney and we are neither. We do provide educational resources to help you do your job as the plan owner, administrator, and participant. At your request, we have refunded your Solo 401k plan setup fee in full since it seems a self directed Solo 401k plan is not the right fit (and that's OK!).
