Hi, George, Thank you for letting us know about this--we fully appreciate the need to get right to it and don't want you to experience these types of delays. You can also try shifting the belt so that the module sits left-of-center. Many people do find better connection there. If that does not help though, and your belt is within the 12-month warranty, we can swap it out under warranty for you.
