Had the myzone switch since launch, now onto my second chest strap as they have stopped working, I know it’s the chest strap as I have spare chest straps, soon as I connect the new chest strap it works fine, not the best product

It seems my problem with the new Myzone switch is the same as most people posting here. It worked great for a while, although taking a while to connect when wearing on the chest as recommended for intense workouts. Lately it has had problems connecting at all. I read all the stuff from Myzone but none of the recommendations have helped. Also the session time is reading a ridiculous amount of time on it - thousands of hours! Seems to work OK on arm or wrist, so I have resorted to only using these methods. If I had known all this, I wouldn't have bought it.

What I said below remains; I am not going to bother responding to your comments - you could have taken the trouble to look up the order. Suffice to say that a recent email from your company: " . . . your warranty replacement is valid until next December" is what I shall do. I must wait until the gym is able to open fully before anyone would be at all interested and this could be months but I shall definitely get a replacement before the December deadline! Absolute rubbish. So many things promised but so much difficulty getting this to work. Staff attempt to help but, as with so many other companies, use 'standard' responses which look like they press a button for the answer to the question they think you are asking. It worked fine when I was in the gym, but yet again it requires, I believe, your basic heart rate to be put in to start with. I could not ask the gym coaches to waste their time. I shall offer (the replacement as it is under warranty) for free to any other gym member who can put up with all the difficulties and frustration to produce the correct result. The organisation of this company is also terrible - they could not even set up a simple competition between our two gyms correctly.

Absolute rubbish! Had the myzone for just over 12 months and in that time of had to replace the strap three times! The app is extremely glitchy won't connect to in the workouts will lag and report 0 heart rate, belt keeps disconnecting reconnecting it won't reconnect after multiple attempts (tried multiple devices and belts), spoken with tech support and they just keep referring to buy another belt yours is faulty (or been damaged) While it's ok product I wouldn't waste your money on it and buy another Fitness Tracker 3 DAYS AFTER POSTING UPDATE : emailed myzone and submitted tickets 3 days and still waiting for a response! Don't believe them when they say they wish to "help"

I was happy with my HR monitor from myzone until I asked support to lower my maximum HR. I was working out too hard and not recovering from the workout in 24 hours. Instead they raised it to 194. I'm a 60 year old woman. I think I would be the best person to calculate how high my HR should go, not some tech support person on the other side of the world.
