0 customer service, they don’t really care about their customers! Been trying to contact them for over a week and nothing so maybe this will grab their attention, but given the rating on here, I’m not holding my breath. App is also shocking! If it wasn’t for using the belt at my gym I would just stick with Apple Watch to track everything… I still do.

The belt and monitor are fine, it's the app that has me frustrated. It's not intuitive and is not user friendly. I also had to email the company to make changes such as opting out of annoying emails and removing a gym that I no longer attended, because the app didn't allow me to make those changes myself. I really dislike using my belt now and it has become an expensive mistake.

Much like a lot of the other reviews it starts out well. The myzone belt was very motivating & helped me increase my weekly gym sessions. It was a great payoff for me to see the red zones after a strenuous workout. Much like a lot of the other reviews, after some time the strap fails to establish a connection when fitted & signal drops throughout the workout. e.g 1 hour HIIT session logs as a 25 minute session with under 60 MEPs First reported the issue in June 2024 after the frustration of faffing about at the start & throughout a gym session to try & get it to connect & the disappointment at the end of a session when it was only partly logged the workout, & was told I needed to buy a replacement strap, which I did. Used the strap for a week, still some issues with the connectivity but not as bad as before. After using in 5 gym sessions connectivity issues & signal dropping had returned. Continued to use as I thought I was maybe the issue & didn't have a heart & that's why it wasn't recording BP, or maybe, unbeknownst to me, I was now an athlete & the workouts that previously gained in 150+ MEPs where just too easy for me now & didn't require much effort?! In Nov & Dec 2024 I used a friends strap as they weren't having any issues with theirs - they have been using their original strap since 2023 so I'm assuming from a different batch - Both times I used a different strap it connected as soon as it was fitted, stayed connected throughout the workout & gave a MEP reading that you would expect after a 1 hour workout. Reported to customer services in Dec 2024, went through the rigmarole of back & fourth emails asking how it was cleaned, how was it dried etc - after 12 emails they told me that the strap only has a 3 month warranty & because it was past this time they wouldn't be replacing - not sure why this couldn't of been established in the first email. I won't be buying a replacement & would strongly advise against anyone else buying into Myzone.

Absolutely appalling & rude customer service: I started using MyZone belt 2 years ago and since then have had to replace it 3-4 times. Each time the device has been faulty and as it was in warranty, I've tried to get it replaced by customer service. Firstly they take a week to respond and then the first 2-3 responses are common remedies which have nothing to do with problem. The worst was when I was accused of swapping my MZ-3 with a MZ-switch. Stay away from this company and their "customer service".

Don’t waste your money buying the Myzone switch or swatch or whatever it’s called. It always has problems picking up your heart rate regardless of where you use it. Sometimes there would be gaps in the readings whilst exercising. It distracts you from your workout whilst you’re fumbling with it as it’s not picking up your heart rate. You’ll often leave the gym feeling like you’ve not achieved your best because of this utterly useless device. You charge it, you wash it, you clean it, yet it doesn’t work. I’ve tried to contact customer support several times but I’m often left without any response. I threw it in the bin today during a blaze class at David Lloyd’s as it wouldn’t pick up my heart rate. I’m on the treadmill running and feeling like my heart would explode but the switch had my heart rate in the white zone. It’s absolutely useless.

If you do buy it second hand you can’t use it because it has already been used, and it won’t allow you to register the device as the device is already in use. Even if the first owner is deactivated it, still….

Shocking customer service in event of a problem. Have issue with a replacement device I’ve only had a month not connecting. 10 days of no device, 10 days of numerous generic auto messages from them, but no resolution and now no connect from them at all. Poor show. 👎

The customer service is appalling. My device malfunctioned within a few months. There is no customer service number to call just an email, the response time is really slow. When they did respond they suggested obvious troubleshooting that I had already done and that I read frequently asked questions rather than offering a replacement or a refund.
