I do love the myzone app, But what I would like to know is why can’t I update the new version of the myzone app on my I phone but I was able to do it on my android phones, Iv clicked on devices and says it’s only connected to huewi & Samsung I don’t use either of these phones apart from if I can’t access myzone on my I phone Please help

Still giving myzone a 5, because i have been a user for many years. I am on my third device, and got the Switch. I am very unhappy with it. It does not work on the wrist or arm so I had to revert to the chest. I would not have bought it as the other functionality is the only reason I purchased it. Worked ok for several months and now I cannot get the device to pick up on bluetooth. Very upsetting when you look forward to tracking your workout and are unable to record your hard efforts. Charged my old one up and will be using that.

The team keeps surprising with incredible service. I've been using MZ devices for the last 3 years. Sure, their app has some bugs, but whenever I do a bug report the team always gets back to me thanking for the provided feedback and eventually ironing out the wrinkles in the software. Recently mine and my wife's belts stopped working. They were both outside of the warranty period. Doesn't matter. After a quick chat with Dan and Juan from the team, they took in the faulty belts and replaced them for me. They even paid for the shipping, and included all the accessories, despite the fact I had only sent the sensors back! All the way through the conversation the team was very apologetic and overall a pleasure to deal with. I feel bad for the relatively aggressive email I had written initially - they definitely don't deserve it. Myzone should be a role model for other companies to copy. This is how good customer service is done. I am for sure sticking around as a long term customer 👍🏻

(My Zone Updated Review) My Zone did get back with me and were very helpful once we were able to connect. They sent me a new My Zone and it’s working great. I’m changing my rating to excellent! My Zone customer service is awful. My Zone has not worked for three days going on four. I finally get an email from Brad telling me all the same things that the help website said to do. Now waiting on Brad to respond to my response. Meanwhile times a wasting. I can’t believe there is not a phone number to contact them. I usually don’t write reviews but I’m so frustrated right now. I’m a gold status and may lose it if My Zone doesn’t step up and figure out what’s going on.

I have been a user of Myzone for over two years and we use it as our main programming for all of our classes and coaching at our club. It has completely transformed the way that I train, the way we train and motivate our members and the most engaging way of training. Myzone has created a great buzz and community at the club and keeps you moving month to month and year to year. Working out without MEP's doesn't count anymore!

myzone keeps me on track ensuring I obtain the recommended amount of exercise. I love the fact it can be used in a gym or outside. I use mine for walking , jogging, cycling and swimming. also love connecting with other myzone users

I absolutely love this piece of equipment. It keeps me going to make sure I hit the recommended monthly movement each month even when I don’t feel like it just so I do not lose my status. I love that it tracks my fitness and my attitude now is I can’t work out without it because I like it all to be tracked and so it goes everywhere with me. I like to see the effort I’m putting in and being rewarded for it. Keep up the good work team.
