many challenges but you're not sharing who the winners are with all. be more transparent otherwise its not believable. also customer service is lacking. we have emailed questions regarding belt issues and never get replies.

I love my Myzone belt. When we first get it it is set by the "equation" for our heart rate. It then will adjust itself upwards if our fitness level allows. One thing that would make it better...It would be nice if it would also readjust if our fitness level decreases. I purchased my belt about 8 yrs ago when I was doing triathlons. Through age and injuries I am not able to train at that level anymore. It was years before I was finally able to get the heart rate readjusted.

I have had a Myzone belt and watch for years now. It works for me and has all of the reliabity and functionality that I need. I use it when I run and cycle but in the past was a regular in the gym and it was good to see performance linked to the screens in the gym and studios There are more advanced devices available but I have never felt the need to upgrade .

I believe the tracker allows people to remain in red too long. If someone is truly in Red they should only be able to sustain it for very short periods of time. The tracker is not accurate for calorie burn in light grey and grey.

Very helpful in keeping me focused on regular workouts. Wish there was a way to not lose status for example when I had knee surgery and had to miss nearly three weeks. Keep doing a great job, Andy wimberly

I consider Myzone a truly helpful part of my personal fitness program. Collecting MEPs and progressing through the status levels keeps me motivated. I think if I more fully understood how it determines my fitness level and measures my performance, it would work even better for me. The device works well, and my only suggestion for improvement would be better communication.
