Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. Have clients needing to have their maximum heart rate be fixed and after multiple attempts since last year neither the Robot or by emailing the issue had been resolved. I'm a trainer and instructor and have been a big fan of Myzone have recommended to all my clients, friends and member at our gym but we need to fix this issue. Some of your customer service representatives had replied requesting proof from Dr. etc. Clients had moved on to Fitbit, Apple, Garmin and Samsung. Even have asked me to help them sell their monitors to recover the investment. I do love Myzone but when an user request changes, they are doing it for a reason. Thanks.

Thank you so much for this feedback--we are so sorry to hear that members are finding unnecessary barriers when they are requesting max heart rate changes. If someone has a health issue or is on medication, we should trust that is the case and adjust without hassle. We are happy to look into any cases where this has not occurred to make sure we get all of our support agents on the same page. In many cases, we do find that people ask to hit for adjustments when they are already spending a great deal of time in hotter zones, so if agents observe that the workouts look appropriate, to keep the integrity of the zones being equal for all, they may not adjust. If you have any other feedback about this, we are very much eager to listen. Please connect with us at [email protected]. In health and gratitude, Team Myzone
