Exerllent service

I don't workout without My Zone belt. I love seeing where my heart rate is during my workouts and then I know when to kick it up. I set myself monthly goals with MEPS, points in the yellow and red zone. LOVE IT!

I love Myzone switch. I have been using Myzone for nearly 6 years now. I couldn't train without it. The Myzone FB Community is brilliant too. It's a great way to have a wee bit of competition for MEPs.

Love My Myzone! Myzone has honestly transformed by fitness regime since I got my first strap many years ago! It enables you to meet other Myzoners all over the world and see how they too are 'moving'. Although I am yet to book a class I think this is a great idea especially for those who do not feel comfortable in a gym environment. Steph
