I recently ordered a new chest monitor thinking that my old one had died, my mistake. It came promptly and in good shape so it will be my spare. As to the monitor itself, it is easy to use and link to my phone. I use it to keep me in line with my aerobic and general conditioning needs. I find the color coding of heart rate ranges helpful and very easy to see with a glance at my phone. I watch my monthly MEPs to compete with myself

As a heart patient it is important I track my exercise performance. MyZone allows me to participate in extreme workout while maintaining my heartrate (Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping has television monitors showing real time effort) through levels of exertion.
