I just think it’s inconsistent up and down I have tried them all switch was very inconsistent it would work sometime good other times good the mz3 worked better

The updated version is not user friendly-prefer older version. Please add at least a couple of status levels beyond the Hall of Fame.

Having had myzone belts since the first edition now over ten years ago I’ve loved them! I track all my ice hockey workouts and scheduled training my coaches can follow. I’ve rarely had issues! Then I got the myzone switch 😳😅. First it broke within 2 uses and I had to get a new one , which customer service was outstanding for ! So I have to say very very good for that! Got my new belt and already Now it’s playing up again! It won’t register sometimes! Leaves gaps in workouts and dosent read correctly! So I can be dying at a high heart rate and it sits in grey! It’s infuriating. This was never an issue with previous models but the switch has been terrible!! The battery also does quicker too! And try and wear it with a battery below 85% and nope it won’t work! I’m not sure if this version is quite good enough ! I love myzone but very disappointed with the latest offering tbh! Might go back to my mz3 ! Great customer service though really helpful and they are a credit to your company!

The Myzone device is helpful for tracking exercise, but is expensive and doesn't last that long. My last one died after 2 years.

I am using the wrist version now instead of the chest strap. The readings I get are all over the place. When I feel like I'm working hard it doesn't register and then when I'm not it's red. It's still a good gauge but I don't trust the results as much as I should. I am looking into an apple watch for the heartrate component.

Hi, Teresa, We are so sorry for the inaccuracies you're experiencing. Do you use the wrist strap for lifting or other gripping activities? Any optic blood flow device will experience these types of issues when performing lifting, HIIT, or other gripping, non-rhythmic activities. If you are, we would advise using the chest strap. You could try the arm band up around your bicep, but ultimately, chest is best for these types of activities.
