I like being able to track my heart rate during workouts!!!!

I have had the Myzone band for 5 years. It motivates me to go to the gym and do more sports. I wouldn't leave home without it, specially if I am going to the gym😄

I think Myzone has been a useful tool to exercise and an incentive to do more. If I had any criticism of the system it would be that I would disapprove of your system of putting a user back to month one if they miss a month or fail to reach 1300 mets. To cancel that month is reasonable; but all the months in that category is grossly unfair. ( just for the record, I have never missed a month.)

ive had all the devices and by far my zone is my all time favorite. simple sleek design and measures accurately which gives immediate detailed information regarding training heart rate, calories, meps, and then add in social platform and competition. I refer this to all my clients and friends
