With app track my heart rate to stay in training zone when training. Monthly target although think they are abit to much the higher you get .they should be 1 month but higher meps or people will give up ,overall good for heart rate but need phone while training to see how your getting on. Would be better with face on watch.

Love my device. I have been using it for many years. When I was at the YMCA, I was able to book it Up to the screens and would sé my info while working out. I like the award system, the visuale, the records. Tried another device ( polar) one time, and returned it and came back to this one. Excellent durability.
