Love my myzone belt

Excellent incentive to achieve goals month after month.

I use myzone at the gym, and on hikes, runs, and rides outside. It is a great heart rate monitor, and socially, it allows for some good connections. It hold its charge for much longer than seems possible, so sometimes I miss when it needs to be charged. The strap can be replaced, and needs to be replaced periodically. It is easily available at my gym. Or on line. I love it!

Myzone is a great tool for providing detailed feedback on your degree of effort for any activity. I find it motivates me to do more and work harder.
