Excellent tracking tool to get the most out of your workout

Excellent way to incentivize me to exercise and keep track of my progress. I am 83 years old and have been exercising regularly using My Zone which has proven to be a valuable adjunct in reaching my nutrition and health goals.

I’ve been on the myzone journey since October 2015. I have a chronic form of leukaemia. Over the years I’ve had many setbacks to my status through injury and illness hense the amount of time it’s taken me to get to only a few months off HOF. That being said I contracted Covid and because of my other health condition it has hit me hard. I hadn’t been able to get even 1 mep and is looking like I won’t be able to train for a while yet. Not wanting to lose my status I sent myzone a request through the app to freeze my status for this month. They could not have been more helpful. They have credited my acc with the 1300 meps required We all stress about our status and now this is one less thing I need to worry about. Thanks so much

I had a issue with my Myzone chest belt where it was switching off and on constantly. I wrote to Myzone and once they understood my situation they mailed me ( free of charge) 3 versions of attachments. They were very courteous and helpful. I must say since that incident I have been using the wrist Myzone and find it the most practical I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars Thanks again Michael
