This company gets it! As an daily exercise fanatic, I use the Myzone app and MZ-SWITCH to track my fitness activities. Unfortunately, the battery in my unit would not hold a charge for more than 3 or 4 workouts. I reached out to Myzone Support and immediately got a return email suggesting ways to improve the charging time. When all recommendations failed, they offered to replace the unit free of charge. Could not be happier with their service and timeliness.

Had to contact customer service as it wouldn't connect to app despite going through all the trouble shooting steps. Spoke to Nicolle within 24 hours she had resolved the issues after reading such poor reviews I was very sceptical and kicking myself for not checking on here before purchasing but honestly couldn't have been easier to get the problems sorted.

I got my MZ - 1 from Snap Fitness in Dubai and about 3 weeks later it started to get faulty. The amount of frustration I was dealing with on an everyday basis was beyond comprehension. I have reached out to Customer Service and LUCKY did I get assigned to Melissa. She was extraordinary to say the very least! She was in touch with me on a daily basis to help me manage my frustration, make me feel heard and support me through the process of resolving the problem. At the time of the issue, I was in Bali where a replacement could not be delivered to. So I flew to Singapore and Melissa organised a replacement device to be sent to Singapore without me needing to go through a painful replacement process. The new device works perfectly, the App is fixed and everything works exactly as it should. I use my device daily, feel connected to my gym community in Dubai despite being in another country right now and I am SO happy. Thank you so much Melissa for being such a superstar! Thank you Myzone for contributing to building a global gym community! ❤️

Got first introduced to this tracker at a group fitness box and think the concept is awesome and motivated me greatly to be consistent and try harder in my workout sessions to climb the leaderboard. Outside of the group sessions, the different status's built in really do help to not only train consistently but to keep training! I actually had an issue with the device after I left the group coaching and by chance bumped into the founder of the company at a fitness event: Dave and his team went out of their way to look after me, replaced my device and also followed up to fix a software issue with my account. Super happy to finally have my device working again and racking up those MEPS!
