Myzone customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. its near impossible to get any answers from them. a classic case off the customer is no longer needed once they've got your money. Extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this product. The product wont charge or turn on. The one thing its designed to do it cant do.

Really poor customer service , was told 1 to 2 day delivery and would get despatched e mail , after 2 days still no e mail, so cancelled , one day after I cancelled they despatched , I e mailed no longer wanted , and they stopped courier delivering and returned it direct to them, one month on and several e mails from Alex White from my zone and still no refund...... Very poor experience With their online arm. I bought another new my zone from my gym as i could get it there and then and I'm dreading any issues with it giving the above

Returned my MyZone switch under warranty (it stopped working after 6 months of light use). Turn around time for a replacement was stated as 7 days, it has now been nearly two and a half weeks with no update, customer service are also not replying to my emails so I am completely in the dark. I have spent out a lot of money for a product that stopped working and it is looking like I will never see it again. 0

Ordered a MZ moves at the beginning of June, download the app and registered no problem. Used the product for the first time during a HIIT workout, MZ clearly didn’t track the workout properly and it dropped out for 90% of the activity. Decided it was me being a new user. Tried the MZ on my next workout - exactly the same thing happened. Logged at least 5 tickets over a two week period in which the response time is stated at being 24-48 hours. As of yet I have not had a single response. Clearly the MZ moves is faulty but I no one will contact me to arrange a replacement, I actually don’t want a replacement now, I want a refund so I can purchase a workout tracker that actually works, from a company that cares about their customers.

I have faced a technical issue in connection for the lates model of myzone and i have reached the cusomer service for more than 1 month exchanging emails and after promising to provide a replacement as the product under warranty i got nothing and told me at the end go talk to your gum and see if they can provide you or not Unfortunately unique product but with Very bad customer service thats full of non sense communication, Update: I have checked with my Gym in that time and they have refused to change it , so what are the available alternatives?

Do not switch to MyZone switch belt it is a down grade to the standard belt & doesn’t sync effectively & will keep dropping during workouts. Customer support is poor, chat function & email used & noone gets back to you. Very poor.

As a product and a company, Myzone is severely lacking. The company only has a 12 month warranty for the belt and a 3 month warranty for the module. For reference, the module has a 6 month battery life, meaning they don't even stand behind their product long enough to charge it the first time. I needed a new belt so I emailed and asked about the electrodes on it. I was sent a picture and was reassured that it was the belt I was looking for. Got the belt, surprise, it wasn't the right one. Contacted myzone again, was told the belt I was looking for hasn't been made since 2018 and that agent lied to me. Was told I could send it back and would be reimbursed fully, including the cost of return shipping. I was only reimbursed for the belt, tax, and original shipping. So I contacted them again. Was told "this was not told by any of our agents in previous email." Except it was. So glad I keep all my emails from myzone. Sent a screenshot back. Waiting to hear a reply. Horrible communication and management. If you buy a product from them you better hope and pray it works for as long as you want to use it because they will not help you.

This is a deceitful company , with terrible customer service . Be extremely careful in your dealings with them , they lied several times to sell and promote there products. Unfortunately i was unable to resolve our issue as they made no attempt to resolve.
