Thanks for your message!
Taking a look, I see your first request was submitted on January 2nd. Our team answered within 48 hours and provided some troubleshooting information. Unfortunately, we did not have any reply from you to let us know that the issue remained.
I see your next request was submitted January 5th and has since been responded to and I see you have a warranty replacement underway at this moment!
We're very sorry for the inconvenience of having a faulty belt and we hope that you will enjoy this new one. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

MyZone has the worst “Help Center”
I use MyZone to track all of my workouts & recently - they continue to raise my Max Heart Rate & it isn’t consistent. It does not match my Apple Watch or my cardio machine. They always raise it after ONE intense workout - something i don’t do everyday but I do walk everyday. I’ve messaged them multiple time asking to lock my Max Heart Rate at 175 bc I never have issues when it’s set at 175. They take FOREVER to respond & half the time don’t fix the issue even when they do respond.

Hello,
Thank you for your review and we're extremely sorry for any frustration caused by your experience.
I understand there are two issues taking place. The first is inaccurate heart rate tracking. We would be happy to assist with troubleshooting and see that an effective solution is found.
The second issue is that of your Max HR. If your red strap is older than 9-12 months, very often there can be a "spike" of static caused by friction cross the skin. This can cause an erroneous raise in Max HR but is resolved by replacing or tightening the strap.
If you are not noticing a sudden, random spike to the Red Zone as described above, and instead you're only noticing your Max HR being raised during hard workouts-- this is actually quite accurate! We only have one Max HR, and that is when your heart is working at its fullest capacity. We unfortunately do not have a separate Max HR meant only for lower HR activities like walking. In order to have a true picture of your Effort, we would recommend allowing the Max HR to adjust as such if that is the case since that would indeed be considered your "Max." We apologize for the misunderstanding.
We've reached out for your name or email address so that we can take a closer look at your contact with Support and see that you're assisted quickly.
Thank you,
Team Myzone

I’ve had a myzone belt for nearly a year and it’s never worked properly. Gives really inconsistent measures of heart rate. I do a 8k run at least 3 times a week on the same route. My myzone points can go from less than 50 to more than 200. It becomes very demotivating opposite to what it’s meant to do. I’m now going to throw it in the bin and stick with my Nike/Apple watch which works properly.

Stick to the MZ3, avoid the Switch
Buckle up, quite a journey this one.
I had an MZ-3, no issues, enjoyed it enough to be excited and ‘upgrade’ to the Switch.
Once the Switch arrived, I immediately realised it wasn’t fit for purpose- randomly cut out during workouts, failed to pick up my heart rate altogether, turns itself off whenever it wants- nightmare.
I mailed Myzone who acknowledged they are hearing a LOT of issues from people with the Switch, and offered to send me an MZ-3 as replacement.
I pointed out to them I already have an MZ-3, I paid to upgrade, and the upgrade wasn’t working- sending me an MZ-3 would be pointless, could I just have a refund.
I was then told a new model of the Switch was coming out, and would be sent to me once it was ready- so I waited.
Fast forward a few months, I was told by a new member there was never a plan to have a new model of the Switch- and now my device was out of warranty. They again offered me an MZ-3.
I asked if I could have a replacement Switch, and if THAT model was faulty, could I then get a refund as it was a new unit. This was agreed to.
I received the new Switch and, unsurprisingly, had all of the exact same issues (as it’s a design flaw, not a unit flaw). I asked for my refund, only to have another new member of staff tell me I can’t have it now.
On the Facebook group Myzone censors anyone speaking out about the Switch and its issues, so now trying to get the honest experience out in areas where they can’t control the narrative.
Myzone, enjoy the money you stole from me. Anyone reading this buy a Whoop instead.

Customer Service non-existent when things go wrong.
I ordered a replacement myzone belt which was being delivered by DPD. DPD's App said they had delivered the item on 03/11/1022 when they hadn't. I reported it to Myzone through the chat and was told that is was not their problem and once they had dispatched the item, it wasn't their responsibility and I had to contact DPD and sort it myself. I reminded them that my contract is with myzone and not DPD and they should be looking into it for me. Finally they agreed they would go to DPD and investigate what had happened and get back to me. Personally I think they said that to get rid of me on the chat as it has now been nearly a week and I have heard nothing. I contacted DPD myself and found they had not attempted delivery and is being returned to myzone. I have updated myzone with this information on my ticket reference and still had no reply. I don't know whether Myzone are going to resend the item or give me a refund as it has been sent back? I won't be ordering anything again from them.

Myzone is the most inconsistent piece…
Myzone is the most inconsistent piece of rubbish. Constantly freezes, misses at least 2 out of 4 workouts. Therefore, records inconsistent information of where you are at. I waste half an hour before a workout to get it working. It shows it’s working, then does not record the exercise. Shows the spinning wheel of death, that won’t go away, so you have to close or delete the app to make it stop.
Do not purchase!!!!!

Please rescue me from MyZone's automated messages…
MyZone was amazing after my last review on this site; they followed up promptly and courteously and treated me well. My new device worked great for a while, then I began encountering some bumps. I decided to order a new chest strap to see if that would help, The MyZone website didn't work--I kept getting a message saying their "bot" wouldn't connect. I tried LiveChat twice--no response. I got the chest strap elsewhere. After several misses with MyZone, I sent a note via LiveChat saying I was through with the device and the company--it was just too frustrating to try to get my issue resolved. Since then, I keep getting automated messages saying they're sorry they missed me, they want to solve my problem, and most oddly, "Let's go ahead and solve this now, but if you have any additional comments, please reply to this email." I have no idea what this means. All I know is that I seem to be caught in a loop of nonsensical automated responses, and I have no idea how to stop them. Update 11/9--Well, my device failed after just under six months, MyZone was nowhere to be found, until they responded to this website Sorry, MyZone--I appreciate your finally responding to me, but I'm over MyZone. I've moved on, so please don't trouble yourselves to issue a very tardy respone

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money! MyZone doesn't work properly! My pod continues to lose lots of workouts.
Very disappointing to see it hasn’t recorded properly when I have been working so hard. Mine has never worked properly, especially when using the wrist or arm strap.
