PEOPLE PLEASE DONT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE HIRE A LAWYER AND TAKE THEM TO COURT. This company is fraudulent company. they are bunch of rude and unprofessional people with terrible attitude especially the managers Shean and Brian that only take your money and don't give a damn what happens next. we purchased four tickets more expensive than what it shows in their website I asked them to refund my money and I am four weeks away from the event they told me they cant I asked them to transfer me to to someone who is above these unprofessional managers they told me "we cannot and we are sorry" I paid $700 dollars in ticket when it listed 50 dollars each ticket worth so the manager Brian and Shean told me "they can reamburs me 49 dollars one time courtesy" and sent me an email to sign a paper saying "you furthermore confirm that the resolution removes the ticket seller of your order from any claims by you for compensation in addition to that herein described. If charges is back filed against the merchant of record with your card company reserves the right to withdraw any offers made or delete any negative comments or reviews" so they're threatening me but I am going to hire a lawyer and than let the president of that company know what people are working for him. Lawsuit is the only option they left me with.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, got transferred from ticketmaster to this company which has many company names within its self “box office.com” “my ticket tracker. And at least two others I got from the guy on the phone. It’s currently 3.5hrs before my event and I still have no tickets. They said they transferred them to me and they are in my email which they are not, “hilario” insisted they are in my email, I have saved every email from these guys and there is nothing with a ticket in them. AGAIN CHECK WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM BEFORE YOU PURCHASE OF IT IS NOT A LEGIT TICKETMASTER SITE OR VENUE SITE DO NOT PROCEED!!!

THEY ARE HORRIBLE.. MY wife bought BOZ SCAGGS tickets that I offered to pay for as a gift. They ended costing 100 each for the seats,68 for "service fees"?? and then get another 10 for mailing ticket? Tickets were never mailed NOR needed to be as it was bought a month in advance.. When question why the 10 UPCHARGE for ticket delivery.. this is what they replied... Thank you for your email. There is a charge for e-ticket delivery because we provide email tickets to customers using a remote system that the website manages, maintains, and routinely tests. The e-ticket delivery fee is used to maintain the system's security and to ensure the system is properly running to ensure tickets can be securely downloaded. Your tickets will not be mailed to you and have already been made available as of 10/17/19 as eTickets. I already refuse to go to any event if they use these tools.. AND I will place a complaint with the NY BBB AND consumers affairs,BOZ SCAGGS TOO and fight the upcharge.. like paying $60 isnt too much anyway...BUT another charge.....

If I could give this company a negative number, I would. Went to Denver Broncos website to buy tickets and somehow ended up buying through this tickettracker.com company. Really bad customer service. Super nervous after reading everyone's reviews that I will not receive my tickets. Stayed on phone for over an hour trying to get to the bottom of the tickets not being delivered when an email I received said that I should have received my tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAM! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

As other reviewers have said it seems like a total scam. Booked tickets for an NBA game in New York through Ticketmaster but somehow ended up on My Ticket Tracker. You get sent an email saying your tickets are transferred to your email and you will receive a further email that day to set up your account and access the tickets. Of course that email never comes and you get standard reply when contacted saying tickets were transferred, check spam etc. Luckily I booked on a credit card so have reported them and will be refunded. But advice is check who you are booking with and stay away of its these guys.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY LIES!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED!!! I bought tix in May for a Big Gigantic concert in Sept, and I NEVER received my tickets! I called them, and they said they closed my refund request because the seller showed them proof that I received my tix. I asked to see the proof and they said they could not show me because the sellers info was on it. I told them to cover it up, I didn't care, to show me the proof, and all they did was go around in circles. "You were supposed to call Red Rocks Ampitheatre to see where your tix were" "They were flash seats you were supposed to create a flash account. Your delivery says Flash Delivery" I said NO, it says Electronic Delivery! Well, you should've called Red Rock Ampitheatre! What the hell??? I bought my tix from you! YOU send them to me! YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY LAWYER!!!! Crooked company!!!! No body, no email, ever told me I had to do all this.

I bought my tickets back in May for the Jonas brothers as a present for my kids through Event tickets which redirected me to ticket trackers! I received an email stating I would receive my tickets on 10/4. I NEVER received my tickets so I called and was told they gave my seats away and will have to give me new seats! Of course I agreed and was told I would receive my tickets in 20mins. I waited 40mins to give them the benefit of the doubt and still didn’t receive my tickets! I called again and was told the seller left for the night and sent them an urgent email to send my tickets! I was told by Alexander (put me on hold and I swear another person was on the phone w/ me! The voice was completely different!!) that I was guaranteed my tickets before the event so I asked him what happens if they sent my tickets at the time of the event and I can’t print them. Per Alexander I can print them at kinko, library etc! So now I have to leave the area find a printer while the event is going on and miss the concert. All Alexander kept saying is you will get the tickets before the show time that’s guaranteed!!! While all this was going on in the background ALL I hear is them partying I ask what was going on in the background and he tells me that they’re having a raffle 3 rows behind him and he’s sitting in the lounge!! What kind of business is this!!! STAY AWAY FROM EVENT TICKETS AND TICKET TRACKERS!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
