Total SCAM! Thought I was purchasing tickets from Good Seat tickets but my Paypal showed My Ticket Tracker as the company paid and that's where my nightmare began! This company steals your hard earned money and you NEVER GET YOUR TICKETS! They refused to send me my tickets and to prove their legitimacy! It is their burden of proof to prove the Tickets legitimacy period! Thank god I used PayPal. Also reported this fraudulent company to the Attorney General and FCC praying they are shut down. Do not use Good Seat either they are complicit in this scam, which is no surprise now!

Well it's 8:03pm and Thievery Corp. is probably taking the stage, but I wouldn't know because I paid $175 for tickets I never received! Why is it so hard to re-send an email? Apparently they sent my tickets via email a month ago, but I never got them, and now it's impossible to resend them? What is this, the dark ages? $175 down the drain thanks for nothing ticket tracker. I'll stick to the other third-party vendors I've used hundreds of times without any problems whatsoever. Thumbs down.

Ordered tickets for Jimmy Buffett for 12/13/19 Concert was rescheduled for 12/11/20 ask for a refund, all other tickets outlets were offering refunds. NOT TICKET TRACKER.

DO NOT EVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER EVER! THEY WILL ROB YOUR MONEY $$$ AND RUN!!! I FOUND OUT THAT THEY SOLD ME A FRAUDULENT TICKETS! - One of the most unprofessional, rude, terrible attitudes customer service company ever dealt with - I wouldn't even hire any of those employees for my company but I think that's the company's culture. I bought several tickets from them like a month and a half ago and I called them almost every other week and ask when they will send the email with the ticket transfer. They kept saying just wait and it will come...The event is today, and I've called in 24hrs and they finally were able to send me the transfer. When i got the transfer email and click to claim the tickets, it get the message "Opps, your tickets were already claimed by another email." When i called them back they said that's out of their control and I should call TicketMaster instead. I asked to speak to the manager and the representatives that answered the call stated that the manager stated that there is nothing she can do. I finally got on the phone with the manager, who rudely stated again, "there is nothing we can do if someone else has claimed your ticket", and advice to call #Ticketmaster and figure it out. #TicketMaster stated that they don't even see the transfer. I lost $500 for those 2 tickets. I promised you that I will get to the bottom of this....They rob their customers and keep the money and the ticket and double sell it. Whatever you do, NEVER deal with this company, and by reading these reviews online, I don't think their leadership care anyways. I finally got to the bottom of the issue, and ticketmast confirm that this company sold me a fraudulent ticket... #mytickettrackerIsTheWorst #unsatisfiedclient
