Hi REB, I'm sorry you have had a negative experience of ordering Tenuto from our site. We have experienced a number of unforeseen delays but we are finally starting to ship out products to the first batch of people who preordered (including you). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in the next couple of weeks you will receive a tracking number and you'll be able to see where it is. Horrible service
Horrible service. I ordered product over 3 months ago. Emailed numerous times for delivery details. No response. No product. I am contiplating putting a fraud claim against the company is nothing happens by the end of this month.

Hi Lucy, I'm sorry that you feel that you have had a poor experience shopping with us. You ordered Tenuto, which is currently still only available for pre-order as we're still in the final stages of production. As soon as we have an exact shipping date we will be in touch with everyone who has ordered to let them know when to expect their order. I'm also sorry that you didn't receive a response to your emails - we reply to every email that comes through and I would love to follow up on that email to see how it got missed so we can improve our service. What a wonderful company!!!!
What a wonderful company. Not only are their products great, their customer service goes above and beyond. My husband bought me the Crescendo vib almost 2 years ago. It's one of the best vibrators I have ever used. Love using it with my husband so much, I pre-ordered the Tenuto as a Christmas gift for him. I recently lost the charging pad for my Crescendo. I couldn't find a replacement on the website. So I emailed the company to buy a replacement. They responded the same day and are sending me a new one free of charge. Best ever!!!!

Two months after ordering
Two months after ordering. I am receiving tons of junk mail...but they have not shipped any product. Where’s my stuff?

Hi Chris, You ordered Tenuto which is currently still only available for pre-order and has an estimated shipment date of early September.
