Unfortunately, I wasn't totally "comfortable" with the experience when using the item. It worked fine and was quality-made. What was even more fantastic was all the support service and willingness to allow me to receive a full refund. UNHEARD of with companies that offer these intimate items..

The company was very prompt in getting the order to me after sending the order form. After I received the product I found it was not beneficial to me personally, but it was a well made product that would be very useful to other customers. The company was very efficient in rectifying my situation of not being compatible to the company’s product. They did not hesitate to give me a complete refund on the cost of the incompatible product. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future on a different product.

Kriz, who assisted me, was professional and understanding, offering either a store credit or a full refund. I opted for the refund, which was processed efficiently within hours. The products they offer seem to be of high quality, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. I wouldn't hesitate to try their products again in the future. Overall, a reputable company with excellent service.

I have no seen the product yet... Unfortunately I received the wrong box and only got a rechargeable battery, but after contacting MysteryVibe without hesitation they have packaged and shipped my order hoping to see it next week. I do not know how well the product works I can only assume at this price point it is quality. The customer service department is above and beyond good to work with and I highly recommend contacting them with any issues.

Tenuto 2 is alright. I'm not skinny so it's rigid right angle design is a bit of a pain sometimes, but it works great. My only complaint is the universal remote. It's terrible. You have to pair it every time you turn on any device and it shuts off after like 1 minute. Then you have to turn it on, pair it (clunky) and then don't get comfy longer than a minute (or w/e the time out is) , otherwise it shuts off. The app is a pain when I am home alone surfing porn. Kinda takes away from the moment to have to switch apps to change the setting.

After a long wait, my Molto prostate massager arrived. In my (limited) experience of anal sex aids, size IS everything. To small and they don't reach the P spot, too large and insertion is either painful and/or impossible. Molto's slim bendable shaft is perfect. Using the controls once it is inside is tricky and I have not had a chance to try out the phone app. However even the basic vibrations plus a pattern were enough to give me some great sensations.

I purchased the Tenuto (the first one) about 2 years ago. It worked fine for about a year, but then I made the mistake of updating the firmware in the Tenuto to start using the Bluetooth control. Unfortunately the Tenuto was bricked and there-after refused to vibrate or to charge. 2023-03-24 Update After posting this review and talking to the MysteryVibe person, I was sent a replacement Tenuto 2 and it arrived yesterday! I was very pleased and quite surprised at the prompt response . This version of Tenuto has the same dimensions but more powerful vibrations (it could be my imagination). There is no other device like it on the market and I am glad to once again have a working Tenuto. Many thanks to MysterVibe!
