First, no confirmation of my order. No confirmation of shipping. The Tenuto 2 did not work well for me and is overpriced I thought. Had to use the APK download to install the app because it's not updated and it doesn't connect to the device. *Edit as of a week after writing this review. Within a few days of writing Mr. Rakshit offered me a full refund of my purchase and even offered to replace the product with another of my choice. Excellent job Mr. Rakshit in customer care.

Ordered a product and they used a shipper that is known to be a SCAM shipper (Uni Uni). tracking says it has been out for delivery for 3 days now. i got an email last night after 9pm saying they had attempted to deliver it. I never heard or saw anyone. EDIT: the package did finally arrive and MV Health says they will not use Uni Uni as shipping going forward. They did offer a refund if necessary so i changed to 2 stars for good customer service response. EDIT #2: package arrived, tested. Went to download the app from google. it is an old version. they send a link to their site for the app. got the app. can't get the product to connect. BUT, the customer service refunded my money and apologized for all the problems encountered. Have to raise to 3 stars for great response to problems.

I’m trying to reconcile the reviews here that indicate they were able to use the product and return it for a full refund. My issue is that on the company website they return policy is quite clear indicating that the external seal must be intact to get a refund Following up. I’m confused by Soums response to me, based on an earlier comment. User Chad apparently opened the package since he tried the product on. Soum’s response was that the 30 refund policy would be honored. This conflicts with the response to my question indicating that the package needs to be intact for a refund .

This is regarding my purchase of the Crescendo 2. To be fully honest, my expectations may have been more than a device could deliver. Also, I haven't tried the app so I might not have all the information. The reason for purchasing this item was due to pelvic floor issues, discomfort with penetration (since I was young), and now that I'm older I have trouble with arousal, lubrication, and satisfying orgasms. The device has a nice material and is two fingers in width. It does bend nicely creating a finger like ability. It is fairly easy to insert vaginally because it doesn't have the girth that other vibrators do. It creates a warming feeling and does help with arousal. It does not make me wet. I have a loss of some vaginal feeling so I can't feel all the vibes. The best thing is since it does increase arousal and relaxes the muscles, my boyfriend can penetrate me with very little discomfort. He doesn't have to be as careful and can go deeper and thrust harder. This makes for a more satisfying orgasm for him. He doesn't really like it when I use it during intercourse because it's very loud. When he's finished I turn to an old vibrator and still can't climax. The cons for this item are: cost, loud, gets stuck in a particular setting and you have to scramble to find the plug, doesn't help with lubrication and doesn't help with orgasms. (I did have one on my own.) Also the wing parts don't flutter and don't match up with my clitoris. The pros: the material is soft and it's obviously well engineered. Muscles relax and my boyfriend and I can make love without much difficulty. With that taken into consideration, I still call it a win.

Mystery Vibe seems like a great company...so, I ordered their Tenuto 2...the device is kind of stiff and didn't like that the charging port was unprotected from potential moisture. Downloaded the app w some issues controlling it...figured out that the button icons on it, didn't match up w the button underneath and pressing wrong ones. I had difficulty inserting myself in the device, I didn't exactly fit it and b/c I didn't fit it, after a few uses it snapped something inside one part...before that happened, I also noted it's loudness...not subtle at all. Unfortunately, I don't believe this to be a revolutionary product...if anything, it killed my erection trying to figure out the problems with it. Its now basically just a paperweight. Perhaps different sizes might help.

It was more than I wanted to spend but it went on sale and I purchased the Tenuto 2 because I wanted to experience the vibes. I want to make all the units to have constant vibrations at maximum setting. I used the app to try to make a custom pattern like I just described but couldn’t do it and then save it. What am I doing wrong with the app? It didn’t really turn my wife on but it was only the first time we tried it during intercourse.

I think that my Zaddy is much too big for the Tenuto 2 because it was really quite small and pinching in an uncomfortable way on his member. But, it produces a very strong vibration, which was incredibly enjoyable for me (hence the 3 star rating). :)

The shopping experience was easy and no hassle. I wish I had read some of the reviews prior to purchasing the Tenuto 2. I consider myself to be average to slightly larger than average and I have a difficult time getting my scrotum/testicles into the device. My wife has to help me pull them through and the device will not close all the way around them. I wish it were more accommodating not as cumbersome, I might not have bought it. But I am willing to continue to use it and be flexible with it.
