Having read the product information, noted that it is actually recommended by traceable medical specialist practitioners, gave me far more confidence than other trade outlets selling cheap ineffective ‘toys’. When it arrived I thought it was much larger than I had envisaged, however , after fitting it and trying it out, and yes , there is a knack to getting it correct , it fitted very well. I noted that on ‘test’, before attempting to use it in earnest, I found it sensual, and provided the necessary advertised function very well. I noticed also that the vibrations increase the amount of fluids produced, depending on the mode you choose for comfort and maximum effect. Sadly, I am not currently in a relationship at present, but find that regular ‘maintenance’ use, provides incredible results. I will update when I hopefully meet someone special to share this device with. Top marks for the design, eventual comfort, when you get used to it, easy to clean, quick to recharge. I’m very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this product as one that actually works, guys✅

Ordered a product and they used a shipper that is known to be a SCAM shipper (Uni Uni). tracking says it has been out for delivery for 3 days now. i got an email last night after 9pm saying they had attempted to deliver it. I never heard or saw anyone. EDIT: the package did finally arrive and MV Health says they will not use Uni Uni as shipping going forward. They did offer a refund if necessary so i changed to 2 stars for good customer service response. EDIT #2: package arrived, tested. Went to download the app from google. it is an old version. they send a link to their site for the app. got the app. can't get the product to connect. BUT, the customer service refunded my money and apologized for all the problems encountered. Have to raise to 3 stars for great response to problems.

The buttons are too hard to push (like it hurts my thumbs), bending the device feels like I’m going to break it, the app is confusing and shows a low level of user experience design testing—as do the buttons, which are also confusing when functioning without eyesight (in use). Would also be nice to charge like the better devices out there—a micro usb is archaic and the light is FAR too bright. Save your money for when a better version of this comes out.

I’ve ordered a product from this company. It was delivered and left out on my porch visible. Somebody stole the product. This company backed at 100%. They are sending me a new product and they’re advising the people that deliver it to put it where people can’t see it from the street this is a great customer service company. I would recommend this to anybody that wants to buy a product and know that it’s going to be backed up 100%.

We ordered a CRESCENDO 2 and we had it delivered to us in one day. The company responsible for delivering the product had confusing communication concerning the location of our package but the bottom line is we got it in approximately 24hours after placing the order, but the best part was the communication afterwards from the company concerning the delivery…..it was exceptional. Would we buy from MV HEALTH again? ABSOLUTLY 100%……THE CRESCENDO is also incredible quality.

I recommend MV Health for issues related to male ED. They could not have been more helpful and provided alternatives. They are ethical and caring. That really means a lot to me on a very sensitive matter. They are the best!

The product is nice, but the remote fits not work well. It appears unpairs. What is really frustrating is the app does not work at all! You can't even download it from Google Play because it is not up to date. Even though they know this, they send several emails a week taking about how great the app is and it is pushed as a major selling point. Didn't push it off it can't even be downloaded! Very disappointing especially at this price point.

Outstanding customer service. Unfortunately we reluctantly decided to ask for a refund. There was absolutely no hassle in getting a refund. This company has amongst the highest of integrity.
