This is a scam. Their Tirzepatide concentration is 10mg/ml. The tirzepatide offered through my work is 25mg/ml. Every other legit online pharmacy the concentration is way higher for around the same price. I’ve lost zero weight since starting this. I’m going to be filing a dispute with my bank if they don’t refund me. Go to another company and check the concentration of their vials.

My experience was horrible. I requested my refills as soon as their system allows. Then, they say it will take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. I told them I will miss my medication for 10 days? Still, they said due to internal process change. I asked to cancel and refund the money I paid for the refills I never received. They just ignore me. Never sign up for this company.

I signed up, paid $221.00. Never got the medicine and they never refunded m my money. I want my money!!

I agree with TJ !! I have been ghosted since April. I signed up in the beginning and sent bloodwork results. I haven’t received any response. I haven’t received anything!! I want my $700 back! I’ve emailed and called, they all say we’re investigating. One fellow named Curtis said I should have my pills 2-3 days via FEDX. That was three weeks ago. It was great…..Until it wasn’t…. Took off with high hopes of a great journey…. Then it crashed annd burn in less than an week… Everyone was communicative and timely at first… Only took about 30 minutes to an hour and I was set to go…. Then I paid the $700 and it went downhill from there. I received a message from FedEx saying my package couldn’t be delivered because the “business was closed”, I called about 4 times to find out how my residential address was notated as a business address and no one could help me. No one knew anything about anything…. Okay, fine…. So I call FedEx. I go to their location after a 12 hour shift and retrieve the package myself…. Inconvenient, but a feasible solution nonetheless… I get the package and it’s not what I ordered. So I was dismayed that I just chased a package down and its contents are not what I ordered…. I tried to call ALL day (about 10 times) and sent about 5 emails to get the situation resolved. And once again, nobody knew anything about anything. ……Except one representative. She could see what I ordered was not what I got. But alas, she had to stick to the script and tell me my case was being “escalated”. And also, investigated… Although, I’m not sure what they’re investigating….. or escalating, but it’s making my life complicated…. *If you sent the wrong thing, correct your error and send the right thing* Seems simple enough, but no…. They’ve been investigating and escalating for 4 days now. I have received ZERO responses, replies or resolve. I haven’t heard from anyone…. I was told it would be “escalated” and someone would contact me by the end of the day. That was 4 days ago….. I requested a refund during one of my calls, but you already know what the rep said: Yep, you guessed it!!! ESCALATED. If possible, I’ll update how this movie ends…

I wrote a review earlier defending this company last month. Now I have to update what has happened to me. I began this program in mid March. After meeting with a provider and being enrolled, I received the first month's dosage in the mail at my home address. With each division of the company (provider, lab, pharmacy) I clearly stated that I was moving to another state and would need the medication delivered to a new address. The the time came for me to progress to month two, the problems began. I noticed that on the pharmacy portion of my portal information the address still reflected my former address. Customer service is farmed out to a room full of people working in a foreign country. I was passed from one customer service rep to another, none of whom could successfully update my address. When I finally received an appointment with another provider that person told me that she could not see me because I lived in a state where she was not legally able to see me. Further rounds of incompetent customer service reps, having to be delayed in order to see a different provider and STILL no update in my current address led me to very forcefully begin asking for a refund. Finally someone communicated via email and recorded my request for a refund. I was given a partial refund eventually, so I don't have to try to sue them There must be hundreds of these types of online programs because the customer service reps from a different country admitted that they serve hundreds of different companies. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. And, they are not using the drugs from the US drug companies. They are compounding the medicine themselves from special pharmacies. That may not even be legal.

Just starting the program so wouldn't be fair of me to give any less than four stars since so far the process has been relatively easy and the shipping is not too long. One problem is that the email communication is extremely confusing. I was notified that the medication was sent to my pharmacy so I went there to pick it up just to find out that the pharmacy has no idea what I am talking about. Called the customer service which informed me that just the antiemetic has been sent to my pharmacy, while the actual weight loss medication is being shipped from Korea. My pharmacy had zero meds for me. So I waited. Just received the order today. AND.....on the package label, it states that it was shipped from MY pharmacy which is completely false and makes me wonder what's up.....

I am an actual client of MyStart Health and have been on the program for three weeks, going into my fourth week. Each health care professional from this program has been nothing but helpful. My situation required a move, which means that I had to contact them about my new address early on. Yes, I am scheduled for lab tests in a different city, but the program made it easy for me. I would never expect to go on a weight loss program with injectable medication without being asked for lab tests to determine how my body is tolerating the medication. This is one reason why I chose this program. I will be away from my regular doctor for a year b before I move back to my home town and believe that the medical professionals with this program will guide me with clinical follow up as well as intermittent lab tests to decide how to best prescribe the medication for me. And, yes, it is working for me. I have lost 5 lbs. in 3 weeks at the beginning dose and am very thankful that I chose this program.
