My pillow is my trash. I hate this bumpy lumpy pillow and whom every made it need to jump off the tallest building but not die and use my lumpy bumpy pillow. TRASH

A piece of junk pillow. Make your own. Fill a pillow case with chips of trash foam and you've got it. A cheap imitation of a Coop Home Goods pillow. A great pillow.

Ordered the pillow on Monday 16 November 2020. ( Order Number 17178). They took payment from my account on Tuesday 17th. I only received a receipt for the money and had no message about delivery. They claim 1-3 days. Contacted by telephone today ( Friday 20 November) and was told that due to Covid 19 and a delay in delivery of materials it would not be delivered before 14 December. I requested an immediate refund which I was told would take 7 days. It took them less than 24 hours to take it from my account. I obviously cannot speak for the product but their customer service is appalling.

They should close this place down. These pillows have made my mum ill for days. Fuzzy head every morning almost like a hangover, wanting to go back bed after getting up. Full page in The Sun paper about 3-5 day delivery which was absolute BS. She waited 2 weeks after speaking to their customer service people which weren't very helpful at all. Do not purchase these pillows they're a rip off and clearly from these other reviews people can agree.

absolutely the worst pillow's I have EVER bought!! Uncomfortable, lumpy, smelly, and woke with a headache most mornings!! tried to e-mail them to return but the address doesn't exist, avoid like the plague.

Ordered on 3/11/20 and money taken immediately. Hadn’t arrived after two weeks so rang them and was told due to COVID they were having trouble getting raw materials and could be another 4 weeks. Requested a refund but told it could be 7 days. We’ll see.

My pillows didn't even arrive they took my money but I never got email to confirm order. Now I cant contact them I've tried emailing but get nothing back. What a scam absolutely disgusted I might as well of thrown £66 down the drain

I ordered pillows from this company on 28th October, the website stated 1-3 days delivery. Gave it about 5 days before I started phoning them as the links on the e-mail acknowledgement of my order just would not work. They could not find my order and promised a call back which never came. I phoned again the next day and was told that they were ready for dispatch with UPS. They still hadn't arrived a few days later so I phoned again - they said that they would contact UPS and call me back. The callback never came. So I phoned again and they said that it was waiting for dispatch with UPS. At this stage I asked for a refund as I feel that they are a scam company. They promised a callback which, needless to say, never came. Whether that refund comes or I will have to resort to a chargeback with my card company remains to be seen. UPDATE My pillows actually arrived. Can't say that they look that comfortable but the instructions say to tumble dry and leave for 24 hours. We will see after tomorrow night.
