I bought this Body Pillow tried it out for the Firsted night and I Loved It. I like the fact that you Can wash it and throw in dryer. I will buy again in the Future! Very Happy

I have several products from my pillow I bought the matress topper and it came with 2 pillows. The topper moves to the front of the bed and to the sides about 3 to 4 inches is hot and very uncomfortable, the pillows don't stay flat not make a ball I didn't have better sleep never, lately I order 2 dog beds the same they are a ball no flat and the white color is not suitable for animals that get dirty they are dirty all the time. Products are expensive and don't deliver the promise quality. Don't get fooled for the ads. They really bad.

Quite possibly the worst thing I have ever bought in my life, and I have bought some crap in my time. The pillow is full of what feels like pebbles from a beach and even then they only half fill it! I was in genuine shock when I opened it. Now I have to put up with those damn adverts and my wife laughing at me for falling for them!

This company is better at advertising than they are at making pillows. Very convincing TV advert on Sky News is what prompted my purchase... it is now packaged up and ready to be returned under their 60 day guarantee. This pillow is lumpy and offers no support. When I emailed customer services about it and said I wish to return it they were efficient and helpful at least... I do have to pay postage though and also the postage it cost me to receive the awful thing, so that’s £12 I could of put towards a decent pillow if I hadn’t been suckered in by the convincing advert! I recommend not to buy pillows online and instead go to a shop where you can see and feel it first.

My roommate bought me a mypillow a little over a month ago because I have severe neck and lower back pain. Well the pillow is great. It hasn't gone flat and holds up my head. When I am laying down I don't feel too much neck pain. Of course when I get up and am at work Im getting headaches and the neck pain is pretty bad. I go to pain management and do pt to help. Im just happy when I lay down on this pillow Im able to get a full night's sleep with not much pain. Thank you.

I bought a mypillow mattress topper. I ordered queen size and they sent me full size. I called them to make arrangements for sending it back. They wanted me to pay 48.00 shipping to send it back. They said if I dont want to pay shipping I will have to donate the pillow topper to a nonprofit cause And send my Receipt from the donation to mypillow before they will send me the correct pillow topper. So, if I dont donate pillow topper, they wont send me the correct size pillow topper I paid for. This is very poor customer service and I will never buy from this company again. Scott.

I have been looking for a decent pillow for some time, the constant television advertising convinced me to purchase. The pillow arrived after a couple of days, I was horrified when I opened it, words can’t describe how poor the quality is and no matter how I tried to shape it, the pillow was about as much use as using a folded towel. The returns process was smooth and I received my refund within 7 days, there was a deduction of just over £5 for postage plus I had to pay £7 to return the pillow. So all in all it cost me £12. Please DO NOT purchase, read the reviews !!
