The pillow is lumpy. I often wake up with all the fill material on either side of my head and I'm left with very little support.

This business makes false claims about being a great American company! My Order took over a month to arrive and they didn’t even provide any updates until the morning after it was delivered. Customer service was short and rude and offered no assistance and seems careless that I wasn’t happy. Product itself is garbage and expensive. Mike Lindel you should be ashamed. What a joke. I reported them to the BBB and they wouldnt even respond to them. I’m going to the attorney general’s office

The worst pillows I ever had! Clump up & uncomfortable. Regret paying almost $30 for them. Save your money! Junk!

Have never done business with these people, but "mike.lindell@mypillow" started filling up my email box out of the blue on Aug 23, 2026. I responded to the 3rd message to insist that they remove my email address from their marketing list. Unsurprisingly, that email bounced. After eleven days of this nonsense and zero results from Google spam reporting, I filed reports with their regional BBB and MN's Attorney General as well. With those reports, I shared a screen shot of nearly 30 unread emails with both consumer organizations well, just as proof that I'm not overreacting. I would have included all 40 unread emails, but I couldn't fit them all in the screenshot. If "MyPillow" think there's a snowball's chance that I'd EVER drop money on their products now, they are hilariously mistaken. TrustPilot, please consider making 0 stars an option for times like this.

Was a guest at a relative’s house. Thankfully there were different pillows. With the My Pilllow, I felt like I was sleeping on a pillow case stuffed with foam packing material. Awful experience

I am so disappointed in the quality of these towels I purchased from my pillow.com in August 2026. I purchased towels in 2021 from my pillow.com and the quality was the best I had ever had for towels. The ones I just purchased are about 4 times thinner than the towels I purchased in 2021. The tag said Mypillow towels that work Cotton USA. the ones I just purchased the tag states Mypillow towels that work Shirpur Cotton. What a ripoff these towels will not last long, they are not even comparable and they were more expensive.
