My Elderly Mother was sucked into buying two of these pillows for my Wife, after waiting six weeks they arrived, we followed the instructions to a tee, and came to the conclusion that you would be better making your own pillows, stuffed with Turnips.

I was so looking forward to using these pillows and the fact they are made in the UK. However , they don’t bounce back totally and the inside chunky bits seem to just separate so you are forever plumping them up. Also they don’t keep my head cool as promised. Very expensive for the quality. I’m go back to a decent feather and down one.

I was taken in as this is the best pillow ever, whilst waiting for delivery i started reading reviews and thought that I’d made a huge mistake, once they arrived after 5 weeks I tried them out and I quite like them to be fair, but i can see why a lot of people wont like them, probably over priced even at bogof. Overall I’m using them, but would do better research if i could go back Cheers 💤

Several workers at the My Pillow factory have said that these pillows are filled with nothing but old, shredded, recycled foam that Lindell gets for virtually nothing from waste recyclers, then “bleaches” it, shreds it, and packs it into cloth bags, to then sell to you for $60!!! Basically, all profit for a bagful of trash. And a not very comfortable bag of trash.

I should have read the BBB reviews on this company before I purchased. Every response is "We don't believe BBB is legitimate." -- WHAT?! No wonder My Pillow hid their Google reviews. I'm sure they were just as bad. Ordered on Dec 3rd for Christmas. The 1st order was lost by the carrier and never delivered. They gave me tracking for a 2nd shipment on Dec 15th, which was never scanned by the carrier. I asked why it hadn't shipped. Customer service lied to me, saying the carrier had it but just didn't scan it yet. That's BS. I have 6 years of logistics experience. Every time a carrier receives a package, the first thing they do is scan it. Now in limbo with their slow customer service. Demanding a full refund, or else I need to file a charge back. Shame on My Pillow for lying to customers and not sending replacements on time.

I bought a my pillow for my dad for his birthday since he has insomnia hoping it may help. It was so uncomfortable that he completely stopped using the pillow shortly after trying it. What a waste of money-i should've stuck with the old standby of socks.

My pillow is the worst pillow I’ve ever slept on. It feels like you were sleeping on rocks. These pillows are just a scam. Buyer beware! Just look at their rating with the Better Business Bureau as an F. SCAMMERS!!
