MyPillowReviews of mypillow.com

Giza sheets are a quality product and one time when i had an issue they told me to keep the wrong product and sent me the correct one with no problems at all, the customer service was very accommodating. I see many negative reviews for my pillow and I have purchased many products from them with never any problems that weren't taken care of immediately and courteously. I think a lot of these negative reviews are bogus only because of his political views.

My Pillow is the best thing that’s ever hit the market. These people that say they get clumpy they never thought of shaking it out you can form a new pillow every time you shake it out that’s My Pillow five stars gangsters.

I love my Giza sheets. I have 3 sets. However one bottom fitted sheet showed unusual wear. MyPillow stood by their 10 year guarantee and made it very simple to replace the entire set. Customer Service was excellent.

I've been using MyPillow for years and I won't buy any other pillows. My bed pillows are several years old and feel no different than when they were new. I now have my daughter hooked on them too. She is VERY particular about pillows. Make sure you read ALL labels and instructions as there is activation info that is key to getting your pillows ready. I prefer the fuller ones but their Customer Care can help you pick what is right for you. Customer Service is next level: real people with excellent communication skills and never rude. Excellent products and service. Thank you!

I needed to exchange for a firmer pillow they were great in helping me with the exchange . my pillows were only a day old, like new but they exchanged them, and I totally appreciated it …they sent a return label and were so helpful and understanding.,Pillows are the best You get what you pay for, and their warranty is the best..Highly recommend, and if you have any neck issues, , these are the best! They try hard despite GIANT bank opposition against them constantly! You should be fighting for them not with the rich giants.
