We've been trying various foods
We've been trying various foods, vitamins, supplements, EVERYTHING with our lab for the last couple years. I thought it was really expensive to get allergy tests done, but was thrilled when I found this site! My part was easy, the test results came to us quickly in an easy-to-understand format & helped us a lot! Maximus & I thank you!

I specifically asked about allergy…
I specifically asked about allergy tests, back & forth messaging customer service to ensure I was getting the tests, and only found out that this sensitivity test was not liable for finding allergies. Nobody clarified this in the email, only on the sensitivity form itself after receiving it.

Our cat died
I’m guessing this test is not science-based. After switching our cat’s food, he died within a few months, from an unknown cause. Our other cat still eats the food she’s supposed to be sensitive to, and she is fine.

Very fast service
Very fast service. I received the test results very quickly which helped me solved my GS allergy issues. I recommend the test if your dog is having issues with allergies.

Mini Pig Skin Issues
My mini pig was experiencing persistent issues with her skin. We tried many dietary changes and topical to no avail. Receiving the results of her testing revealed several dietary and environmental allergens specific to her. Once we eliminated those additional allergens we saw immediate improvement. Thanks to the testing we now have a better understanding of her needs and her skin looks fabulous!!

Wish I would have done this sooner
My cat has suffered with respitory issues for years, I took her to 4 different vets, and they kept telling me they can't find anything wrong. I stumbled upon mypethealthstore and thought, why not. After submitting the sample, they had great communication about receiving the sample and how long it would take to test, only a few days later I received a full packet of information! I was assuming I was gonna received a standard looking email with very little info, I was very wrong! I received a full allergy report which was around 50 pages! I learned my cat suffered from an allergic reaction to 4 ingredients commonly found in cat food, and had a vitamin defecancy! It's only been 2 weeks and my cat is doing unbelievably better!! I will be doing this test everytime I get a new pet!

Waste of money
Waste of money. I had 2 separate tests done by this company and another. This company highlighted 2 items which my dog is sensitive too and the other company listed 12. My dog is a 1yr pedigree and upset stomach is very common so I was relying on these tests to help me. No where near thorough enough and they couldn’t answer my questions why they got such small results back. Also their results were not listed on the other companies results. (They did explain the whole process and what machinery was used etc). Save your money. 28-2-25 - I acknowledge your reply to this review. Please speak to Abbie who was emailing me regarding my query. I sent in results from both tests undertaken.
