I recently purchased the sensitivity test for my four-year-old Olde English Bulldogge, opting for the test one level up from the basic option. It’s been a real eye-opener! The results showed just how many things my dog is sensitive to, which has been incredibly helpful in finding the right food and care routine for him. For the longest time, I struggled to find dry food that worked for him. He had redness and irritation from his previous food, but since using the insights from the sensitivity test, the redness has completely disappeared. While it’s been a challenge to find the best fit, the test has definitely guided me toward options that are much better suited to his needs. I highly recommend this test to anyone dealing with similar sensitivities for their pets. It’s made a world of difference in improving his comfort and health!

Great customer service. Got the sensitivity test done. Only 2 foods came back as High Sensitivity. Have removed those from my dogs diet and he is no longer having skin issues. Happy I had it done.

**Updated 3.6.25** - A My Pet Health Store Representative contacted me to discuss my experience with the company this morning and quickly issued a full refund. I hope the company will revise the results presentation to make it more definitive and user friendly for the client. Overall, I am satisfied with the refund and glad to see they are willing to respond and listen to their customers. ---------------------------- The results were not user friendly, nor were they easy to understand or helpful. I requested a refund based on their 100% guarantee refund policy and they proved unhelpful again. I would not recommend or use them again. Waste of money.

This review is edited. My initial review was 2 stars as i felt that it was taking a very long time for my sample to get to the facility and to be entered in as received.But after communicating with the company, I realized that I missed a step in the process because of where I live, and that amount of time was average. Once the sample was entered into their system, I received my results within 24 hours! I was surprised to learn that my dog has a high sensitivity to at least 2 or 3 ingredients listed in every kind of dog kibble. The most common being tocopherals (preservative) and peas.. as well as quite a few others. But those ones come to mind first. We are grateful for the test and can now move forward in our journey with home made meals or raw. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this test. If you live outside of UK or USA expect a delay in processing. (Mine was 3 weeks) ..as they ship out samples in bunches from 1 facility to lab in UK/USA to save on costs and to keep prices for customers low for customers all over the world.

The results came back just in time as I was expected, I found out lots of things that about my Maya Chow and her sensitivity, this is not an Allergy test though but is highlighted the things she can have high reactivity to and also moderate in which you need to be aware of, my Chow had hot spots for quite some time and didn't know what can she have and now thanks to this test we are managing her food different.
