Our cat has been poorly for over 9 years with allergies the vets recommended hypoallergenic food but this made little difference. We made the decision to get her checked for sensitivities our selves and the results were unbelievable. After altering her diet according to the results we are now seeing vast improvement in her fur skin and overall health. Shes even got the zoomies again . This service was so easy to use and the results came through very fast . Thank you for this amazing service you have made a difference to our cats life

I sent them an email right after 8:30 and they got back with me I think before 9:00 or at 9:00 I just needed some information about my pets test from last year that I sent and they gave me information that I didn't know that you have the testing like every 6 months but I appreciate the honesty 😀

The sensitivity test for my bulldog has made life so much easier, now I know what triggers her to be irritated. The results were very fast, a couple of days at the most. The follow up call from Heidi was also a pleasant reminder that they like to make sure customers are satisfied. Would recommend.

My cat had been having issues for months being sick off & on. He had all the tests at the vets and they kept saying it had to be a food allergy but couldn’t help on what. He’d lost weight and was miserable and next test was sedation and a biopsy. I was worried it would be inconclusive as well. I tried a food diary and cutting various things from his food, did a grain free diet, gastro food only you name it I tried it. I then did a bit of research and decided to try a fur sample through these guys. I was totally skeptical but thought I had nothing to lose other than a few pounds as my own eliminations were getting us nowhere. Well it came back that he had a sensitivity to turkey. I was shocked but I cut it out of his diet (the local cat rescue gets all those pouches) and he is like a different boy. The sickness has stopped, he has put his weight back on, his fur looks great. Best money I ever spent was on this test. I can’t recommend it enough, you may not be as lucky as me and get something as easy to cut out as Turkey but it’s worth knowing.

Process is easy to follow, the results came back quicker than expected and were very easy to understand with the PDF broken down into sections. Heidi was very friendly when she called to ask about my experience and sounded genuinely interested in my experience

This test was easy to administer and results were very timely. So far, we've seen a nice improvement in our dog's skin issues since eliminating things he is sensitive to. As it takes a dog's body 12-16 weeks to fully adjust to a new diet, we won't know for sure for a couple of months. However, I would definitely use this service again.
