The price was reasonable. The time frame from when I sent my dog's hair in until I got the results was extremely reasonable. It is helping me do research on better things to feed my dog to combat her allergies. Though this is only a skin sensitivity test I feel it has helped my dog feel more comfortable with the choices I'm now making okay I highly recommend it

There was so much information in the details regarding my dog, Jasmine. I was trying to get a handle on her allergies without spending hundreds of dollars at the vet for Bloodwork. The turn around time in results was faster than I expected. Highly recommend.

had a little trouble as my email was hidden when i made the purchase but customer service helped me correct the issue. waiting for results because i have to resend my order which was my fault for sending it to the wrong address i just didn’t do everything correctly but at no fault of the company itself which i see a lot of people do only because they seem to not read everything or have comprehension problems. it’s a good experience overall im just an impatient person so i did it wrong at first.

Easy instructions and fast results. I got the test initially since one of my cats kept getting pink eye and after a visit to the vet they suggested he might be sensitive to certain foods. After getting the results backs and changing his diet he hasn't had pink eye in 3 months! Im so grateful for the results!!

I made an error when I sent back my sample, totally my mistake but after contacting them, they went above and beyond to help me, sending out another sample kit for free, providing a return label so that they’d receive it quicker and super-speedy return of results! I cannot praise them enough. With regards to the test results, detailed is an understatement! It clearly explains and labels every-no intolerance, in useful sections from food types, environmental, way too many for me to list here and in absolutely no way could I have even considered some/many of the things listed or eliminated from diet/household etc, without this test. I didn’t even know some of the things existed! Honestly, if you have a pet that has allergy/intolerance issues, this test is worth every penny. It is incredibly detailed and I can guarantee it’s an eye opener into your pets health and well being.
