Our poor mini goldendoodle puppy became very itchy soon after we brought him home. Our vet kept pushing off any allergy, etc. testing. They had us try every single food out there, finally deciding to keep him on a puppy food. We felt he was under weight but again, the vet wouldn’t do anything further. I finally decided to try My Pet Sensitivity testing. So happy I did! We found out our boy is allergic to chicken poop (this floored us) and potatoes and salt! No more sharing french fries, no more being near the chickens, and we switched dog food without the allergens as best we could! Just went in for a checkup! He’s gained 4 lbs (which is the weight he should be) he doesn’t look skinny anymore, and his coat is even softer than it was before! We got the discount for a second test so we went ahead and had our Chipoo tested. Why not? Turns out she’s allergic to the chicken in the food we were feeding her! We changed her to a different protein and she’s doing fantastic! She also gained a tiny bit of weight, isn’t itching anymore, and her coat is now soft! Our vet was not happy, at all. He said, “those tests are highly inaccurate.” Well, it fixed my dogs problems so… 🤷‍♀️

everything went well until the end. it says at the bottom of the results to contact an email for customer service with any questions about the results. i sent an email because there were items that the website said they tested for that wasnt listed in the results. i never got a reply thats why i gave 4 stars and maybe i should have even given 3. thank you for your response to my review. you you sent me a reply to my email i did not receive it. please send again. my email contents are below in case you need to read it again. thank you i compared the list of test items on your website that you list before purchasing to my results from my tests (Nova= MYPSUS7C8DB78D51 and BROWNIE= MYPSUS809AC89AD9) and i was wondering why some of the items aren't included in my results? missing test result items from website list is below. food sensitives list pearled barley, beets, dandelion greens, oat grouts, parsley flakes, pea flour, pea protein, potato starch, quinoa powder, tilapia, wheat gluten, wheat middling's and yeast culture. additives sensitivities list choline, folic acid, omega 3 fatty acid and taurine environmental sensitivities fescue, formaldehyde, methylparaben, rabbits, sodium laureth sulfate and ticks nutrition sensitivities chloride, histidine (essential), isoleucine (essential), linoleic acid, leucine (essential), phenylalanine (essential), threonine (essential), tryptophane (essential) and valine (essential) metal sensitivities was the only list that wasn't missing something. I would also like to know how they can be sensitive to white and brown rice but not rice bran or rice flour, isn't it all rice or peanuts but not peanut butter? I'm also trying to understand the additives, nutrition and metal part of the test. is the highly and moderate reactivity saying that the levels of that item is to high in their body for example Brownies test says high for calcium carbonate, E 398 synthetic, glycine, taurine, vitamin B2, phosphorus, titanium, tungsten and niobium. I'm also confused on how you test for environmental things that i know my dogs have never been around like duck feathers, chicken droppings, pigeons, etc. I wish you had pecan trees and nuts on the list because I have lots of those trees in my yard plus pin oak trees. I will admit there are a lot of things you tested for that i will have to research because i have no idea what they are or how my dogs might be exposed to them so i will research all the high and moderate items to see if they are exposed and try to figure out how to eliminate them from their lives so they can be healthier. I started this journey trying to stop yeast infected ears and scratching and paw licking so I'm hoping these test will help me if i can understand them.

We HAD an extremely itchy American bull dog and it was one simple food we were feeding him that was making him super itchy. This test was super easy and the results came back fast

I was a little bit skeptical about how accurate these sensitivity tests would be, but having had them done for 2 of my dogs that have recurrent diarrhoea, I eliminated all the ingredients that they had any sensitivity to (each dog was different) and within a couple of weeks they are now producing regular, solid poos.

Excellent service. Placed my order on a Sunday, posted my dog's fur sample off on Tuesday and on Thursday I got my dog's results. The information provided is very detailed regarding my dogs sensitivities and confirms certain things I had already guessed such as beef sensitivities but there was lots of things noted that now I think about it makes perfect sense. The information provided in the very well written and informative test results pack will certainly help ensure my dog only gets what she should and hopefully lead to a healthier happy life. For the price I paid I really can't recommend it enough. I'm not sure if the companies are related but I did have the same test done on my own hair and was more than happy with the results and following the advice given to me my stomach issues have vanished and my hair and skin are 100% better so maybe consider it for yourself too not just your pet.

Placed an order in April after seeing what looked to be good advertisement, paid £40 and never received an activation email. no answer on their phones and no answer from Instagram even though they are active on socials. I would not recommend, such a waste of money so disappointed - wouldn’t buy from this company!!

I am pleased with the pet sensitivity test. It tested so many things and helped me figure out why my cat was always itchy and getting scabs. The results were emailed to me after only a few days of them receiving my cat's fur sample.
