I'm not sure how accurate these results really are. Every time my dog has eaten chicken or turkey she has gotten an ear infection and itchy skin. I expected her to be highly sensitive to these foods or something else that I feed her. But her test showed she's sensitive to items that she's never eaten and no sensitivity to the foods I expected. I'm considering a swab test because I'm wondering if it is more accurate?

Amazing customer service! I had reached out to the customer services team after not receiving the results in the specified timeframe. The customer services rep confirmed with the mail room that the sample had not been received, recommended I resend and arranged for the test to be made a priority once arrived. After resending the hair sample I received the results in less than a week. Very impressed with the turnaround and assistance from the CSR team and mail room!

After reading the reviews I decided to give this a try. The test came back very fast, but also very inaccurately. I already knew that my dog was sensitive to Chicken and Chicken products, also to certain grass pollen. The test didn't indicate a sensitivity on both. It actually showed that she is sensitive to beef. Which is not true. I sent an email to customer service and informed them, and pretty much what I got back was that they admitted that the test is not accurate and some things can show up or don't show up, but it can be the opposite. So very wrong advertisement and a total waste of money. I also contacted my Vet, and she also said. Those tests are a waste of money, and the best way is to do elimination testing. I'm not sure how they got so many good reviews, and I'm very annoyed that I fell into this trap. So save your money and false hope.
