It's so easy!!!
The test was very easy to do, just drop it in the mail and you get your results quickly. We got detailed results and made adjustments to our dog's diet and she is doing much better now! Highly recommended for anybody who has a pet with allergy issues

We ordered the food sensitivity test
We ordered the food sensitivity test. The order stated it would be delivered in 5-7 business days- I contacted the company after 10 business days - waited 2 days for a response- and was then told no test would be sent out I only needed to send in the hair sample. If the company would have stated this to begin with I would have given them 5 stars. It was a waste of waiting time and emails when the correct information could have easily been given at the time of ordering. Update: after the response from the company in this site I went back and doubke checked my confirmation order email and it does state that tracking information will be emailed for this test. The company should have the correct information for each test in the email.

We had the advance pet sensitivity test…
We had the advance pet sensitivity test done, it was easy to send in the sample and the results were thorough and easy to understand what my dog maybe suffering from, I now know what to stay away from to reduce his allergy symptoms. Extremely would recommend to everyone who has a pet with allergies.

Not DNA tests its energy testing. Poor customer service.
Sent the results that are based on energy testing and not DNA testing but that's not why I'm doing 1 star I'm doing 1 star because the customer service is not good and I asked for clarification on my results in 4 different emails and was told someone would contact me all 4 times and no one ever did. Honestly, it's a scam.

Responsive and Thorough
I took a really long time after signing up to submit the sample. Response was still very quick and we got the huge and exhaustive analysis in just a few days. Really great service!

The root cause why your pets have issues🐾🐾
I wish I had done this a lot sooner and I could have saved a lot of $$$….Just like humans our pets have sensitivity to certain foods, the environment, additives, metals etc. finding out the WHY makes it easier for the solution of PEACE for me & my fur babies….Thank you!🙏🥰🐾🐾
