Very happy with the test - my cat was struggling to keep her food down and having an upset stomach, vet said she is probably sensitive to some foods and to try an elimination diet. Decided to try this test to give me an idea what to eliminate first - found out my cat is highly sensitive to beef and bovine products as well as catnip. Removed these from her diet and she is like a kitten again, enjoying her food and full of energy. Please just remember that you do not get a physical testing kit - you receive an email, fill out details, print out the barcode to attach to the bag of pet hair and send it off. Results are a pdf via email a couple of days later.

Scammers. The wont send you a kit and the instructions online are misleading. I waited for a month until I finally contacted them that I wanted my refund and they claim I was past the 14 day policy. Never used the test, they could have easily refund me. My vet told me don’t waste your time with these test.

It seems like this test was a complete waste of time and money! I felt like it was an automatic read out that you give everyone! Thinking back, I am sure my vet would have suggested this sort of test, if it was a valid one. I feel like I’ve been swindled.

I am so thankful for this allergy test! The directions were clear, and it was very easy to collect our dog's hair as I pet him. Once the company received our sample, we had a full report within a few days. The information we learned from the testing has given us our dog back! We have him on foods that have no sensitivities, and we have peace of mind that he will keep improving! We could not be more thankful! I highly recommend!!
