Once the company received the sample it was super quick results. The results were informative and in an easy to read format. One of the things they determined my dog was sensitive to was polyester. We got rid of our polyester quilt and replaced it with a cotton one and the dog quit itching and scratching right away. We are hoping eliminating some of the foods that were determined she was very sensitive to, will eliminate her ear infections that she has been getting every 3-4 months.

You gave me good insight into what my 9 y/o rescue hound dog was sensitive to. I can now avoid most of these to relieve his continuous itching.

Turnaround was crazy fast and results were very easy to read and understand. I think the Shop app marking something as shipped and delivered is a little confusing but it's not on My Pet Health for how a different company runs their business. It's nice to get an idea of potential allergens before we go to the vet for overgrooming and changing food has helped a bit now that we eliminated the ingredients that came up on the test. I think it's worth exploring if not just for a baseline for your pet :)

Very quick response when I had a question, very updated info on the process, and prompt return for information.

I got my dogs test results back in maybe 2-3 days. His food was a great food, but I noticed once we moved to a new house that he was getting many ear infections, his allergies from his food has 5 ingredients that ended up on his list, so I did a lot of research and looked up many of the things he was allergic to and had to stop buying his food. I researched food for days and then decided it would be better to make him his own food. Everything has that Manganese in it and he’s allergic to that. So it was super hard to get everything down pat. But I figured it out. It also said he was allergic to pine and unfortunately we have pine in our back yard and all over in our neighborhood. This test helped a lot to learn how to help him. I also took an intolerance test for myself. It’s so cool that there are sites that have these tests instead of paying lots of money for an allergy test.

Sorry but these guys are trying it on.... I ordered a test kit on 18th June and paid the £45 and 9 days later nothing had arrived. Called them up to be told they don't send anything to you and you simply send them the hairs from your dog. This is not professional - their Amazon shop shows test kits, etc and honestly it feels like a complete rip off as nothing is done under control conditions as far as collecting hair and putting it in a sterile container. I have requested a refund as I am extremely unhappy and feel they are trying to take people for a ride Don't waste your money find a more reliable company to test your pup for allergies
