I did not get a response within a resonable amount of time. The add said you get your results back after they recieved the hair from your dog in 3 to 5 days. After two weeks I started to email and call. A few days latter I figured it out on line. Also when you place your order you ge a free 30 days to contact them to talk to a vet. The day after 30 days I got my dogs results but to late to talk to a Vet. They charged my $9.99 on my credit card, but I cancelled the day I saw it on my charge card. I am still waiting for them to credit my accouant. Bad customer service. You wont be able to talk to someone. Maybe through email if you have the time to wait for a response.

Thank you for your email and for sharing your experience. I wanted to clarify that we received your dog’s sample on 19 December, and the results were issued on 22 December. Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 working days, and this is displayed on our website. Please note that the lab does not operate over weekends, so this timeframe applies to business days only. We understand that delays in receiving results can be frustrating, but once the sample is with the lab, the process is completed within the published timeframe. Unfortunately, we do not have control over postal services, so any delays in mail delivery are beyond our control. Regarding the $9.99 charge, every health test includes 1 month of free access to our 24/7 Vetline subscription. After the first month, it continues with a monthly charge unless cancelled. This is outlined during the purchase process, and the subscription can either be removed at checkout or cancelled at any time. You should have also received a welcome email with your username and password to help you get started. We’re always happy to support our customers via email and aim to respond as quickly as possible.

Received my results in under a week even during holidays. This is my second dog I’ve had tested. By removing the highly reactive items from their diet no more digestive issues or refusing to eat .Scratching and itching has improved immensely. Yes you will have to learn to read food labels very carefully but totally worth it

0 stars. The seller is a scammer Won't refund even when I havnt sent the hair. Have to go through banks. Here is why I wanted a refund after doing my research. Hair sample pet sensitivity tests are widely considered unreliable and scientifically invalid by the global veterinary community. While they are marketed as a painless way to identify food and environmental allergies, multiple peer-reviewed studies have shown that they cannot distinguish between an allergic dog and a stuffed toy. Here is why these tests are considered inaccurate: 1. Lack of Biological Basis True allergies are immune system reactions involving specific antibodies, such as Immunoglobulin E (IgE). These antibodies circulate in the blood and are present in the skin, but they are not found in hair shafts. The "Bioresonance" Myth: Many hair test companies claim to use "bioresonance" to measure "energy frequencies" or "electromagnetic signals" from the hair. There is no scientific evidence that hair emits such signals or that they have any connection to the immune system. 2. Failure in Controlled Studies In a famous 2019 study published in the Journal of Small Animal Practice, researchers submitted hair and saliva samples to a popular commercial testing company. They sent samples from: A known allergic dog. A perfectly healthy dog. Fake hair from a stuffed toy and plain water. The result: The company reported "sensitivities" for all of them, including the stuffed toy and the water. The results for the fake samples were nearly identical to those of the real dogs, proving the "analysis" was essentially random. 3. Poor Reproducibility Send the same hair twice and you will get different outcomes potentially restricting your animal of foods for no reason.
