Once I sent off the sample (no kit arrives for those saying on reviews they never received the test etc) confirmation of the arrival of the sample was sent via text within 24 hours, then it only took a 48 hour turn around for results. The results also fit the picture of my dog of things I was already aware of and some new ones brought to light. Good communication from staff with any questions asked. I know it’s only a guide but it’s a lot cheeper than the vets guide.
