This company is a scam. Don't waste your money. I put in an order in early December 2025, and they lost my samples. This is late January 2026 and they want me to redo the whole process. They have my $100.00 and have provided no results. I spent $20.00 to send my samples, with tracking, to ensure arrival and they want me to do it again. They made me believe they were a Canadian company, but I've learned that they are either in Texas or the UK. The Canadian address is just a shipping stop.

I did a basic test for my two dogs, it was easy to do. I sent the samples off and results were emailed back to me in under a week. The results are clear and easy to read so you know which items to eliminate.

I think this is the "My Pet Sensitivity" company. Total scam. They take your money and send you nothing.

We’ve requested your details to help with your order. Please note that our test is digital, so you won’t receive a physical testing kit. You should check your emails from us for information on activating your test online. Once your test is activated, you’ll simply need to send your fur sample to our lab for testing. If you haven’t received any emails from us, please check your spam or promotions folder, or let us know so we can assist further.
