So glad I did this my dog is sensitive to chicken and that was the Amin ingredient in his food along with white rice and eggs. Changed food now he is much more comfortable. Thank you so much!

Their website describes selling you a testing kit. There is no kit, and once you "register" you are also accepting that no refund is provided. Furthermore, they threaten that you start a ticket with Paypal, it will only delay your resolution if unsatisfied. In contacting my veterinarian as follow up, only the blood tests are legitimate - hair based tests are not medically valid. UPDATE: The response statement they provided below is EXACTLY WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT. Small print and worthless results. You might as well buy divining rods to fi d water in the desert.

These tests are designed to provide insight into potential sensitivities, but they are not a substitute for medically validated allergy or diagnostic tests. Regarding refunds, our terms are clearly outlined during the registration and purchase process, and we encourage customers to review these before proceeding.

Excellent, my phone had lost numerous items on it and my dog’s test results being one of them, I emailed my pet health and they sent them out to me again within hours, great service

Easy to submit sample, quick results. The only waiting period was for the mail to deliver the hair sample to the lab. Very thorough. Provides great information on what could potentially be causing issues.

I was a little sceptical but had to try something for my very itchy dog - the vet was resisting treatment as he felt this might exacerbate the issue. The long and the short was that I managed to identify one ingredient that was in something new I gave him to eat which caused a severe issue and stopped when I withdrew it. When I had his test results back this ingredient featured as one highly likely to be a problem - this convinced me and I am in the process of changing feed which should go a long way to help.
