We want to clarify that while our Australian brand serves local customers, samples may be processed through international fulfilment. This does not affect the validity or credibility of the results, including for Australian environmental and dietary factors. We understand your frustration regarding turnaround times and communication, and we’re sorry if this was not explained clearly. However, the postal times are beyond our control. Once the sample reaches us, we will issue the results within 3-5 days as advertised. We will be sure to pass your feedback onto the relevant team.

We’d like to clarify that all samples sent in Canada first go to a fulfilment center, where they are processed before being forwarded to the correct lab. This step is managed by the postal system and is unfortunately beyond our control. If the tracking shows the package was delivered, it means it reached the fulfilment centre - not the lab directly. While we cannot take responsibility for Canada Post’s handling, we’re happy to guide you on next steps to ensure your sample is processed. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and hope we can help resolve this for you.
