Not enough details provided in the results, even for the few sensitivities reported for my dog.
Based the the information provided in this specific case, I do not think the information provided for these tests is complete enough for a pet owner to make reliable judgements as to how to manage any sensitivities found. I specifically refer to nutrition and additives. All pet foods have these in what is generally understood by the lay person to be the required amounts. Specifically for eg here Calcium, as an intelligent person, if my dog’s food says it has Calcium in the required amount and all dog foods include it, why would I want to supplement it? And basically they’ve raised Calcium as a sensitivity if I add it as a supplement, I have words to say it is Ok to use a dog food containing Calcium! I’ve looked at my own dog’s food and alternatives and if you took all the results by the book you’d probably never be able to find a food that fully suited your dog and that’s why explanations are needed for sensitivities raised.

Janice, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We completely understand that receiving the results/ information can be overwhelming. We also understand that some additives are found in most food items your pet is able to consume. The level of the sensitivity can also come down to the amount of the item consumed therefore, it is ideal to find a product that contains minimal traces of it even if it does contain ' some' of the sensitive ingredient. We would however really like to help assist you with interpreting your pets results. Please do reach out to us so we can do so. We are looking forward to hearing from you! Kind Regards, Customer Support Team
